registration for 2026 opens on march 1st

IMPORTANT SPARKS FLAG FOOTBALL DATES FOR 2026
Open to kids grades K-2nd 

The 2026 Sparks Flag Football season is just around the corner.  Be sure to mark your calendar with these important dates below.​

August 4th - First practice @ Knox Field 5:30-6:30 (Tue). Coaches and teams will be announced.  Practices will be every Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm.

August 16th – Opening Day!!  Season kicks off @ Knox Field (Sunday mornings) Games are 1 hour starting at either 9:00am or 10:00am.  

2026 GAME SCHEDULE WILL BECOME AVAILABLE IN AUGUST

October 4th– End of Season Celebration Game Day Tournament : The Shootout @ Knox Park Field. 

If there is one rainout, we will cancel the game. If there is a second rainout, that postponed game will be rescheduled and the Shootout will then be pushed to Sunday, October 11th. The season will not go past October 11th. 

If you are interested in coaching a Flag team (Head or Assistant) please take a minute to register as a coach and complete a required background check once registration opens. Only coaches who have completed and passed this requirement will be permitted to participate with our players during conditioning or practice.
