President
Kyle has been a member of the Flames Board since 2017. Kyle and his wife, Amy, have four children. Lucas(16) played for the sparks and Flames for seven years and is now a LZHS football player. Joshua(11) is a Middleweight Flames player and Nathan(9) is a Featherweight Flames player. Kyle's wife and his daughter, Sydney(14), work with the concession stand at Knox Park. Kyle has coached for the LZ Flames for eight seasons and has also coached for LZ Hoops Boys Basketball, and LZ Jr Bears Girls Basketball.
Vice President of Football Operations - TCYFL League Rep
John became a member of the Flames Board in 2020. Since 2014, he has been an active member within the Flames organization as either a coach or a Sparks Flag Football coordinator. John and his wife, Regina, have three boys who have played in the Flames. Their oldest son played with the Flames for 8 years and is now playing varisty football at LZHS and two other boys are currently playing tackle football with the Flames. John's goal is to help continue to build on the terrific reputation of the Lake Zurich Flames in the community and support the many dedicated coach volunteers that make the Flames the outstanding program that it is today.
Vice President of Business Operations - Treasurer
Tony has been a member of the Flames Board since 2022. Tony and his wife, Julie, have two children. Daniella (12) who is a World qualified Irish Dancer. Anthony (10) is a Middleweight Flames player. Tony has been a coach of Sparks and Flames since 2019. In addition to coaching football, he has also coached LZ Hoops Boys Basketball and LZ Baseball. Tony hopes his contribution to the LZ Flames community will have a lasting impact to the already outstanding organization of volunteers and kids.
Director of Cheerleading
Nicole has been coaching Flames Cheer for over 8 years. Her oldest daughter, Maya has completed the Flames Cheer program and now Cheers for LZ High School- go Bears! Her son, Vaughn, has recently completed the Flames Football program and will be joining the LZ High School team in the Fall- go Bears! Nicole's youngest daughter, Bella, is in her 4th season of Flames Competitive Cheer. Nicole has been on the Flames Board since 2019 and has been the Cheer Director since 2020. Nicole has served as the ICA representative and is well aware of all the State rules and regulations for Cheer. She also puts together the Cheer Committee and is passionate about growing the Flames Cheer Program. Nicole believes Cheer helps each child in the program learn how to be a team player, improve coordination and strength, develop leadership skills and improve their confidence. Her goal is to ensure that every cheerleader in our program keeps their head up high and their bow higher.
Director of Communication
Regina has been part of the Flames Board since 2018. She served as a general board member in year one, but took on the managing the Flames social media sites and participating in as many events as possible. She is now in her sixth year as the Director of Communication and works to ensure our community and Flames Families are in the the know about important dates and information via social media and email blasts. She was also the Flag Commissioner for the 2020 season. Regina has three sons, two who participate in Flames tackle and one who plays for the LZHS Bears! Her biggest mission is to grow the program and to make sure our town is educated on the benefits of participating in youth sports!
Director of Competition
Dave is entering his 5th year of involvement with the Flames and joined the Flames Board in 2020. Dave and his wife have two children who have been active with the Flames. Their son has been playing football with the Flames since 2019 and their daughter has cheered proudly from the sidelines for several years. In addition to football, Dave also has multiple years of experience helping coach youth baseball.
